1. About Dausto

Dausto is a B2B corporate gifting marketplace that connects corporate buyers with verified gift vendors. We act as an aggregator and do not manufacture products directly. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Dausto is exclusively for registered business entities. By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorised to place orders on behalf of your organisation and that your GSTIN (if provided) is valid and current.

3. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after Dausto sends a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product as listed on the platform
• A design mockup will be shared for approval before production begins
• Production starts only after the client approves the mockup in writing
• Dausto reserves the right to cancel orders due to vendor unavailability or stock constraints

4. Pricing & GST

• All prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• GST at the applicable rate (typically 18%) will be added at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice until order is confirmed
• Bulk pricing tiers apply as shown — final pricing is confirmed at order placement

5. Payment Terms

• Wallet: Payment deducted from prepaid wallet balance at order placement
• Credit: Available to eligible clients with approved credit limits; payment due within agreed terms
• Purchase Order (PO): Orders placed against approved POs; payment as per PO terms
• Overdue payments attract 2% monthly interest after the due date

6. Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines are 7–14 working days after mockup approval
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics delays
• A 6-digit OTP will be sent to confirm delivery — share with the delivery person upon receipt
• Pan-India delivery via reputed courier partners
• Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery confirmation (OTP verification)

7. Cancellation & Returns

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Pre-production cancellations (before mockup approval) are subject to a 10% handling charge
• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect goods
• Return claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Approved refunds are credited to the client wallet within 3–5 working days

8. Intellectual Property

By uploading your logo and brand assets, you confirm you have the rights to use them and grant Dausto permission to use them solely for fulfilling your order. Dausto will not use your brand assets for any other purpose without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dausto’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of business, or consequential damages. Our vendors are independent entities and Dausto is not liable for vendor-specific failures beyond reasonable commercial efforts to resolve them.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
